Eiva Child Safety Policy

1. Our Commitment

Protonyx Innovations LLP, doing business as Eiva, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any content or behavior that endangers minors. Eiva is for users aged 18 and above only.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

Eiva strictly prohibits:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
Grooming, solicitation, or communication intended to exploit minors
Sharing or linking to illegal or exploitative material involving minors
Impersonation or manipulation of minors for abusive purposes

Violations result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Detection and Enforcement

We use manual moderation, automated monitoring, and user reporting to identify harmful content. Confirmed cases lead to content removal, account bans, and reports to authorities including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (India).

4. Reporting Mechanisms

Report via in-app Report/Block or email: eiva.apps@gmail.com. Child safety reports receive immediate priority.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable laws.

6. Ongoing Efforts

We continuously update policies, moderation tools, and training to prevent and report child sexual exploitation.
