This Privacy Policy describes how Protonyx Innovations LLP, doing business as Eiva (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our social connection app (“App”) and website (“Website”) (together, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Information We Collect & How We Use It
We collect only the minimum information required to provide secure audio/video call connections, payments, and basic profile setup. In some cases, we may also require identity verification (KYC) depending on the services you use.

We do not collect or store:
- Passwords (OTP login only)
- Your phone contacts (unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature)
2. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you logged in, store preferences, and improve performance and security. You may manage these through device or browser settings.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
- With other users: Avatar, username, and call status during interactions.
- Service providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, OTP, payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay).
- KYC providers: When verification is required.
- Legal/safety: To comply with law or protect users.
- Business transfers: Mergers or acquisitions with safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on secure servers with encryption and access controls. OTP-based login is used for authentication. KYC documents, if collected, are retained only as legally required.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for services or legal obligations. Call metadata may be stored for security and regulatory purposes.
6. Your Rights
- Access or update profile information in the app.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for optional features.
- Request access or deletion of KYC data (subject to legal retention).
7. Third-Party Links
Third-party services linked from our Platform have their own privacy policies.
8. Communications from Us
- Service messages: OTP, security alerts, updates (cannot be opted out).
- Promotional messages: Only with consent; opt out anytime.
- We may contact you via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications for support and service-related purposes.
9. Refund & Cancellation
Payments on Eiva (wallet top-ups, virtual coins, gifts, and call charges) are subject to our refund and cancellation rules. Important points:
- If you cancel a call before it connects, you will not be charged.
- Once a call is connected, or virtual coins/gifts are credited, purchases are generally non-refundable.
- If a creator cancels a confirmed call, the user is not charged.
- Refunds may be provided for verified technical failures, duplicate charges, or billing errors.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For refund requests, email eiva.apps@gmail.com with your transaction ID within 7 days.
