Welcome to Eiva — Audio & Video Calls, Safely.
By using Eiva, you agree to follow the rules below so every member feels heard, respected, and protected.
1. Safety First
Users must not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate anyone
- Share violent, abusive, or hateful language
- Force conversations after someone says no / stop / not interested
- Ask for personal information like address, bank details, or OTP
- Try to meet offline without mutual consent and full comfort
If someone makes you uncomfortable, block or report immediately.
2. Respect & Empathy
- Accept different opinions and listen with empathy
- No body shaming, casteism, regional hate, sexism, or discrimination
3. Real People, Genuine Intentions
- Fake profiles, impersonation, and catfishing are banned
- Do not use misleading identity or multiple accounts to bypass bans
4. Content & Behaviour Policy
Strictly NOT allowed:
- Sexual content, nude photos, or sexual chat involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Proposal spam or flirting after rejection
- Selling products, MLM, crypto promotions, or commercial spam
- Religious, political, or extremist propaganda
Eiva is for friendship, emotional support, and meaningful conversations.
5. Privacy & Consent
- Do not screenshot or record calls without consent
- Do not share someone’s personal story outside the app
- Do not pressure users for photos, social IDs, or phone numbers
6. Language
Use respectful language during disagreements. Abusive messages or mocking someone’s language/accent is a strict violation.
7. Enforcement Policy

| Minor misbehaviour | Warning |
| Repeated misconduct | Temporary restriction or ban |
| Serious/unsafe behaviour | Immediate permanent ban |
| Criminal behaviour | Platform removal + report to authorities |
Once banned for safety reasons, accounts cannot be restored.
8. Reporting & Support
Block instantly and report with reason — our team reviews reports. Your identity remains confidential when you report.
