Eiva Account Deletion & Data Removal Policy

1. Introduction
At Eiva, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
- In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account (if available), or
- Email eiva.apps@gmail.com with subject line “Account Deletion Request” from your registered email or phone number.
3. What Happens After You Submit
- Your account and personal information (profile, phone, call metadata, activity logs) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- You may contact us to cancel the deletion request during this period.
- After 30 days, deletion is irreversible.
4. Data That May Be Retained
Some minimal data may be retained for legal/regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or security. Such data is not linked to your profile after deletion and is erased after the legally required period.
5. Confirmation
Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you used to contact us.
