Eiva Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 4 June 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Eiva platform (mobile app, website, services, and content). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Eiva is an entertainment and social connection platform. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or emergency services.
1. Who We Are
The Platform is operated by Protonyx Innovations LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account (OTP-based login).
3. Use of the Platform
Eiva enables profile-based interactions, audio calls, video calls, virtual coins/gifts, and social discovery. KYC may be required for certain users or services. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
4. User Content & Data
You are responsible for content you share. Do not upload or share unauthorized, illegal, or harmful content. See our Community Guidelines.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Platform unlawfully; harass or abuse others; violate IP or privacy rights; use bots without permission; spam or unapproved commercial activity; harm or exploit minors.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, legal/security risks, or misuse. Your right to use the Platform ends immediately upon termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All Eiva trademarks, logos, and platform materials belong to Protonyx Innovations LLP. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Payments / Purchases
Paid features, wallet top-ups, virtual coins, gifts, or subscriptions may be offered. Payments are processed via authorized gateways and/or app store billing. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in our Cancellation Policy. Pricing may change prospectively.
9. Medium of Information and Promotion
By using Eiva, you authorize us to send service-related and promotional communications via SMS, email, WhatsApp, RCS, or in-app notifications (promotional messages only with your consent).
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Protonyx Innovations LLP from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
14. Miscellaneous
Severability: Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.
Entire Agreement: These Terms plus our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement.
15. Grievance Redressal
In compliance with IT Rules, 2021 (India), our Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
