4. How does Eiva detect fake profiles?
Mobile verification, behaviour-based moderation, manual review, and spam/bot detection. Suspicious activity leads to deactivation.
5. How does Eiva keep the community safe?
Strict Community Guidelines, real-time moderation, and zero tolerance for abuse, bullying, hate speech, or explicit content.
6. What if someone misbehaves?
Use Report or Block immediately. Our team reviews reports within 24–48 hours.
7. Is Eiva free to use?
Core features are free. Optional paid features (wallet, coins, premium calls) may be available.
